How can I request a quotation?

What information do I need to include when requesting a quote?
Please include gas components, concentrations, balance gas, cylinder size, and valve type (if known). If you’re unsure, our technical team can guide you to the correct configuration based on your analyzer or application.
What are your standard lead times?
Most standard calibration gas mixtures are ready to ship within 3–5 business days. Custom or complex multi-component mixtures may require additional time depending on stability testing and certification.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. WSM ships worldwide from our Miami, FLfacility, following DOT, IATA, and IMDG regulations for hazardous materials. We provide full export documentation and bilingual support (English / Spanish).
How can I access my Certificate of Analysis (CoA) or Safety Data Sheet (SDS)?
Every cylinder includes a QR code linking directly to its digital CoA and SDS for instant access. You can also request a copy via email at info@wsmsupplier.com

What is the shelf life of calibration gas mixtures?
Shelf life varies by gas composition and concentration. Most stable mixtures range from 12 to 36 months. EPA Protocol and reactive mixtures include certified stability on each CoA.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept wire transfers, ACH, credit card, and approved purchase orders for existing customers. Distributor accounts may qualify for net terms upon approval.
What if my cylinder or valve arrives damaged?
Contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery. We will assist with return authorization, replacement, or credit based on evaluation.
